As I lay dying in a car crash I saw HELL – screaming souls were grabbing for me but I'm not afraid to go back
A WOMAN who nearly died after her car flew off the road claims she discovered Hell as she passed over into the other side. There she saw "souls screaming and reaching for help" - and isn't afraid to experience is again. 8 8 Yoga Premananda, as she's known, nearly met her demise after making plans to meet up with a friend to go partying in Vegas. Deciding to do the trip alone, the 51-year-old holistic energy healer recalls feeling "euphoric" and lost track of where she was going - and her speed. While on an empty desert road, with nobody else around, her attention kicked back in and suddenly, a feeling of dread washed over her. She struggled to breathe and before she knew it, her car flew off the road. Yoga said: 'I started gasping for air. I had never felt anything like this before in my whole life. 'As I was dying, I saw my legs crushed under the steering wheel.' Recalling her discovery of Hell, Yoga, from Florida, US, said she entered a cold and dark room before landing in a "terrifying" pit. She says a shadow figure was present, along with a never-ending ceiling, and that there was a strong smell of smoke. Yoga was then greeted by Archangel Raphael – a prominent healing figure across multiple religions – who challenged her. And suddenly, she was in the "waiting room" for Heaven. Woman reveals what 'heaven is like' after near-death experience from choking 'I wasn't scared, but I didn't know what I was doing in the Hell realm,' said Yoga. 'There was a spinning pyre of flames, with souls hanging off it, screaming and reaching for help. 'The shadow figures around me wondered who I was. 'And the whole room's dimensions were odd; the walls were shadows and they felt cold, yet hot; dry, yet wet. 'I wasn't even thinking about my body back on Earth. 'When Archangel Raphael appeared, he was wearing dark sunglasses, a long dark trench coat and a black hat. 'Suddenly, I was beamed into a waiting room for Heaven in a split second. 'I felt very normal and quite comfortable. 'When I reached the other side, I was relieved – it was like home.' Before entering Heaven, she went into a long white tunnel with other souls that were coming and going. Archangel Raphael then made the decision on if you got to dance with God or the Devil. She said: 'He was sitting at a desk going through and stamping papers with information of the souls. 'There was a bright and light energy around it; the total opposite to what I thought Hell was like. 'No one used words, but we still communicated. 'A familiar feeling came over me as some souls went to the end of the tunnel – and I knew I wasn't supposed to go there. 'I still had my physical body, whereas other souls were just orbs of light passing through.' 8 8 When it was her turn to approach Archangel Raphael, he stamped her ticket and reversed the crash. Yoga said: 'He got the okay from God to save my life. 'When I went back into my physical body, my car was miraculously on the road with no scratches or bumps. 'It was like a scene from a movie. 'I was filled with purpose and the information I had received rearranged my body. 'A piece of my brain had been activated – and the process was complete.' Yoga, scared, turned the car around and headed back home. She said: 'I feel as if a higher power got me back safely that day. 'I hadn't realised the breath and depth of what had happened to me. 'I felt between worlds, like a part of me was still in Heaven's waiting room. 'A few weeks later, I struggled to breathe while driving again and I rushed to the hospital.' Doctors tried to prescribe her anti- anxiety medication, but she says a voice full of wisdom spoke internally and urged her to leave. Now, this voice guides her each and every day and she's since gone on to achieve several certificates in healing, detox and cleansing as part of her new path. Yoga uses her journey to help other people understand their near death experiences through her work as a holistic healer. She added: 'God chose to save my life and send me back here to have a beautiful journey. 'People say I seem different; but it's just the new me. 8 8 8 'I've had to deal with insomnia, anxiety and mental fog due to everything not making sense anymore. 'I haven't touched any drug, alcohol, caffeine, medicine or animal-based products since to cleanse my body. 'But I've come to learn that what we do on Earth is backwards. 'This reality here isn't our only reality – or our permanent one. 'Hell taught me a lot; I learned the importance of compassion for others. 'I'm not fearful about experiencing it again and I'm happy to have been able to escape the boxes we create for ourselves that only hurt us in the long run. 'People need to wake up so we can get as close as possible to our true nature before it's too late.' What is a near-death experience? A near-death experience (NDE) is a profound, personal experience reported by individuals who have been close to death or in a life-threatening situation. These experiences often involve vivid, unusual, and realistic sensations and perceptions that can include out-of-body experiences, feelings of peace and well-being, seeing a bright light, and encountering deceased loved ones or other beings. Key features of near-death experiences Out-of-body experiences: Individuals may feel detached from their physical body, observing the scene from a different perspective. Tunnel vision and bright light: Many report moving through a dark tunnel toward a bright light. Feelings of peace and well-being: NDEs are often described as intensely positive, with feelings of serenity, love, and joy. Life review: Some individuals report a rapid review of their past life events. Encountering others: People may encounter deceased loved ones, religious figures, or other beings. Possible explanations While there isn't a universally accepted scientific explanation for NDEs, some theories suggest they may be related to: Physiological changes Possible changes in brain activity during periods of oxygen deprivation or stress could contribute to the experiences. Psychological responses The mind might generate these experiences as a coping mechanism in the face of death. Spiritual interpretations Some individuals interpret NDEs as evidence of an afterlife or a connection to a higher power.

Jeremy Clarkson's girlfriend Lisa Hogan shares terrifying picture of mangled plane after miraculously surviving crash
JEREMY Clarkson's girlfriend Lisa Hogan has recalled the terrifying moment she almost died in a plane crash as she shared a picture of the horror incident. The model, 51, was involved in a near-death experience back in 1996 when the vessel came off the runway at RAF Northolt in London and collided with a van on the A40. 6 6 6 Lisa, who was 25 at the time, was heading into the UK capital for a film role and thankfully escaped any serious injuries - along with everyone else involved. After Jeremy, 65 - who she has been dating since 2017 - addressed the fact the couple had "walked away from three crashes over the years", Lisa went into more depth about her experience. Following the Top Gear alum's piece in the Sunday Times, Lisa took to Instagram to post an image of her plane crash wreckage. It showed the Spanish Learjet 25 plane split in two following the impact from the van. In her caption, she explained: "Amazingly the pilots, van drivers and I survived. "I took another flight the same day." Lisa added: "And landed safely." On her next Instagram slide, it was business as usual for the Clarkson's Farm star who uploaded a clip of their "huge" pig Richard Ham. FLIGHT HORROR Amazon Prime star Jeremy recently opened up on the pair's unlucky track record on air travel. He told the Sunday Times: "Whenever Lisa and I board an aeroplane, we are usually pretty confident that it will land safely because between us, we've walked away from three crashes over the years. Jeremy Clarkson's girlfriend Lisa Hogan strips to swimsuit for cold water swim despite weather warning "Both mine involved broken landing gear and were fairly minor but hers was a proper shunt. "She was the only passenger in a Learjet that careered off the end of the runway at Northolt and on to the A40, where it was hit so hard by a van that it split in two. "It's amazing no one was killed and if you google the images, you'll see what I mean. Meet the cast of Clarkson's Farm Clarkson's Farm began streaming in 2021 and follows Jeremy Clarkson and his team managing Diddly Squat Farm in the Cotswolds. Here's a 'who's who' of faces in the Clarkson's Farm cast. Jeremy Clarkson: Presenter and journalist; also known for Top Gear, The Grand Tour and Who Wants to be a Millionaire? Lisa Hogan: A former actress and Jeremy's partner, who assists in the running of the farm shop. Kaleb Cooper: A young farm worker from Chipping Norton, who forms a double act with Jeremy on-screen. He's later promoted to farm manager in series three. Gerald Cooper: Specialist in the construction and maintenance of dry stone walls and the farm's "head of security". Of no relation to Kaleb. Charlie Ireland: Nicknamed "Cheerful Charlie", a professional land agent who advises Jeremy on land management. "The upshot is that the law of averages suggests we are unlikely to be involved in any such thing again, which is why we can both enjoy the champagne and the food, and settle smoothly into a state of deep relaxation." LOVE STORY In June 2024, Irish lass Lisa opened up on RTÉ Radio about how she and Jeremy initially started their romance. Lisa said they "met through mutual friends who had tried to set us up a couple of times". The turning point came at a Christmas party, as she explained: "I was just about to leave and we were introduced and he said, 'No, no, come on, sit down and have a chat'. And that was it, really. "So he called me a couple of days later and I thought, 'Ok, you've got a bit of a rep' — so he had to really court me! "He courted me for a solid three months!" She added: "He's very, very good company. And he does make an effort to make me laugh a lot, which I really appreciate. And we do get on." Lisa was married for 30 years to Baron Steven Bentinck before they split in 2011, and shares three children with him — Wolfe, Alice and Lizzy. Lisa built her career in the modelling industry in the 1990s before switching to entertainment and TV. She is best known for appearing in Clarkson's Farm on Amazon Prime Video, where she plays an active role in managing the farm and its shop. Lisa also had somewhat of an acting career, playing a small part in the 1997 movie Fierce Creatures alongside Hollywood royalty — John Cleese Jamie Lee Curtis and Kevin Kline. She's appeared as herself on shows including Loose Women in 2021, and Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway in 2022. 6 6 6

I was dead for 2 minutes and I didn't want to leave — what I saw on the other side was beyond belief
A woman who was pronounced dead for two minutes revealed the shocking discovery of what she saw on 'the other side.' Nicole Meeuws was lifeless on a hospital bed, officially pronounced dead for two minutes, when she supposedly felt 'pulled' from her body and entered a tunnel of light where she was met by 'blue-skinned' beings, she told NeedToKnow. The 49-year-old artist was in the hospital after losing her baby and was rushed into emergency surgery, but, due to complications, she started to go in and out of consciousness. 'I found myself passing through a tunnel of blue and white light, not a beam, but a corridor that felt alive,' she said. Meeuws, who is from Greece, said that the light had a temperature and tone — 'almost like music made of water' — and she entered a glowing space with 'luminous' colors such as silver, soft violets and deep radiant blues. 'It didn't feel frightening; it felt like I was being called home,' she said. 'The chamber was vast, larger than any earthly structure, and everything pulsed gently like a heartbeat,' she added. 'And then I saw them.' Meeuws revealed that she was greeted by 'blue-skinned' beings with human faces, similar to the characters in 'Avatar.' 'Two towering beings seated on marble-like thrones, shimmering with energy. Their eyes were large and indigo, filled with kindness and recognition,' she said. 'They looked human, but had gentle gills on their cheeks. I remember seeing their fish-like tails, rather than legs, covered in scales.' 'They were both male and female intertwined and didn't speak in words – but I understood everything they had to tell me,' Meeuws added. She said she didn't understand their language, but the Avatar-like figures allegedly made her feel at home and telepathically communicated with her that life is actually an illusion and we start to live when we die. Meeuws also said they told her that she wasn't meant to have children and rather she was given the gift to teach people about 'the other side.' 'I felt more known than I had ever felt in my life; I didn't want to leave,' she noted. 'I understood this place, this feeling, and I truly believe it was the original home from which we all come from.' 'I learned that death is not an end, it's a return to our actual lives,' Meeuws added. After the minutes she was pronounced dead, Meeuws was 'zapped' back into her body, and when her husband, Christos, 65, tried to speak to her, she communicated in a high-pitched tone in an 'unfamiliar' language. 'It sounded like dolphin clicks. It continued for minutes, which left everyone around us stunned. But I couldn't stop it – it was coming through me, not from me,' Meeuws said. 'My senses were heightened and I could hear emotion in people's voices as color. I returned completely different; almost reborn,' she added. Meeuws hasn't had any near-death experiences since the incident, but she said she has visions of the blue-skinned figures often. She believes they are non-alien creatures from the Apkallu interdimensional tribe, also referred to as Demigods, that allegedly have given civilization to mankind. According to Meeuws, the mission given to her by these blue beings is to spread the message that 'love is stronger than death.' 'Love will always win; it's where we came from. We're all one big family, regardless of boundaries, cultures, religion and politics. Everything that exists came from the same spark,' she said. 'The more we hold onto fear, hate and lies, the easier it is to control humanity.' 'To create heaven on Earth, we must spend each day spreading love. I'm no longer afraid of death because I know what's waiting for me on the other side,' she noted. 'It was a beginning, not an end.' Solve the daily Crossword

Woman who died for two minutes reveals she passed to 'the other side' and met two blue-skinned beings
A woman who was officially pronounced dead for two minutes before coming back to life has revealed the surprising sensations she endured during those 120 seconds. Nicole Meeuws's heart stopped after she suffered from a series of serious complications while giving birth.
